You may eat and drink as long as it is a light meal.
Please be careful not to stain the studio, walls, floor, furniture, decorations, costumes, etc.

Regarding trash, please do not leave it in the studio.
Please either take it home and dispose of it yourself, or hand it to the reception staff when you leave the studio and we will dispose of it.

When renting a studio, we do not keep or store your luggage.
We only accept items for commercial photography after prior consultation.

There is no parking lot, so please use a nearby paid parking lot.

About reservation cancellation

Please contact us by replying to the email when making your reservation or using the inquiry form.

There is no charge for cancellations made up to 3 days before the reserved date.
If canceled less than 3 days in advance, the following cancellation fees will apply.

On the day of use and the day before 100% of usage fee
Two days before the date of use 50% of usage fee

*If a cancellation fee is incurred, you can pay by cash, credit card, QR code, or app payment when you come to the reception desk, just as you would for normal use.
*If you are unable to come, you can also pay by bank transfer or credit card.
